What is RareBath?
RareBath is a brand of Neeom Industries Corp. We make customized petrified wood bathtubs and provide Taj Mahal Marbles in different size, shape, and finish.
How does your pricing work?
The pricing depends the quality of wood used in the project. Since petrified wood is rare and the black wood is rarest. So the price goes from $65k - $150k and includes making, insurance and door to door charges.
How long it takes for the order completion?
Usually it takes anywhere from 30 to 45 days for production after the design is finalized and the sourced material is available. The black block are extremely rare.
How does the payment structure works?
Our customized products require a 25% initial deposit. We start selecting wood blocks and carving up till that point. The payments are made according to an agreement we have with he client at each milestones.

Do you offer third part inspections?
Yes the third party inspection is available and we also provide photos and video at every step of the milestone completed.
What kind of samples can we get?
As of now we can only provide small sample bowls through air shipments which is paid by you. We don't do custom orders as sample as they require secure packaging which in turns increase the price of shipping.
How does ordering work (Start-Finish)?
You define your project to us. We create an agreement and produce your product. We make these milestone which are approved by you before we move forward.
Who handles our project?
When the order starts you're given a dedicated direct line with your project manager who will handle all documentation and could be reached by you during regular work hours.
How does shipping works?
Once your order is completed and is through inspection. It is packed and loaded in a container to be transported to your destination. Everything is handled by us.
Is there an agreement of some kind?
Yes once the design is finalized with a client and agreement is drafted and signed by authorized individuals. The scope work remains inside the terms announced in the agreement.
Do you provide Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes we do provide the authenticity certificate issued by the geological lab run through by carbon-dating process which estimates the authenticity and the age of the wood.
